Welcome to EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS. This section (together with any documents herein mentioned) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products through such website (hereinafter, the “Terms").

Please read through these Terms prior to using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms. 
These Terms of Use govern and apply to anyone accessing or using the website located at www.evigrintela.com, our mobile application(s) and our blog(s). 

EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS, reserves the right to update, change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. Any access or use of the services by you after the changes go into effect shall constitute and be deemed to constitute your agreement to these terms. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, do not use or access any part of the Services.

EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS may terminate the Services or any portion thereof, any website or webpage within the Services or any products or services offered through the Services, or terminate your right to access or use the Services or any portion thereof without notice and at any time for any reason. In the event of such termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Services, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content (as defined herein), and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms, shall each survive such termination.

The webpage www.evigrintela.com includes an electronic shop, which is the online presence of the company under the name “BEYOND EVI PC” (Tax Reg. No 800990576, Tax Office A’ ATHINON). The company's e-commerce office is located in 3 Skouze str., 10560, Athens, Greece.  

Your details and your visits to this web page
The information or personal details that you provide us with shall be processed pursuant to the Privacy Policy. By using this website you are consenting to the processing of such information and details and you represent that the whole information or details you have provided us with are true and accurate.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to evigrintela.com and “you” refers to the Customer who places the order.

1. Use of the Website
i. By accessing this website and/or by placing any order through it, you undertake:
(a) To use the website exclusively to make legitimate enquiries or orders.
(b) Not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we are reasonably of the opinion that such an order has been made, we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
(c) To provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary (see our Privacy Statement).
(d) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by these Terms; 
(e) to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations concerning your access to and use of the Services; and

ii. By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

iii. By accessing this website,
(a) you warrant and represent to EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS and its affiliates that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
(b) you understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Terms of Sale
2.1 By placing an order you are offering to enter into a distance selling agreement, subject to the following terms and conditions, which is governed by the legal frame of Law No. 2251/1994, as modified, and the Greek Civil Code. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

• Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 
• In order to contact with EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and reserves the right to close your account at its sole discretion. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

2.2  Our Contract
i. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card. 

2.3  Pricing and Availability
i. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

ii.The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

iii. All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any monies that you might have paid.

2.4 Payment
i. You must pay for the Product in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit or debit card details from a credit or debit card company acceptable to us. You may also pay by any other method that we have represented that is acceptable to us, but in any event we shall not be bound to supply the Product before we have received cleared funds in full.

ii. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. 

iii. Purchases made through the EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Stripe & PayPal. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by Stripe & PayPal secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited, following GDPR rules and regulations.

iv. All prices shown under the relevant lists of each product include VAT; www.evigrintela.com reserves the right to change prices without notice to the consumers. Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.

2.5 Delivery
Subject to the provisions of Clause 2.3 (iii) above on the availability, and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for product(s) listed in the Shipment Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Shipment Confirmation or, if no estimated delivery date is specified, within 15 days of the date of the order confirmation.
However, delays may occur on account of the following reasons:
a. Customization of products
b. Specialized items
c. Unforeseen circumstances
d. Delivery area
 If for some reason we are unable to deliver on this date we will inform you of this situation and give you the option to continue with the purchase with a new delivery date or alternatively cancelling the order and reimbursing you with the full amount paid. Please remember that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. For the purposes of these Terms, the "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place or that the order has been delivered at the time that receipt of the order is signed for at the agreed delivery address.

2.6 Cancellation
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

3. Risk and Title
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery (as defined in clause _d above), whichever is the later.

4. Returns
EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS features a selection of garments produced in Athens, Greece. All possible effort has been undertaken for the garments to be packed and shipped responsibly to the highest standards.  You have the right to return your order purchased through our online store in whole or in part within 14 working days from the date you receive it.

In case of any return please email us at info@evigrintela.com mentioning the order date and order number. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. The returned package should also include a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company subject to meeting the above conditions. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will process your request and contact you via e-mail regarding processing within approximately 7 working days. 

EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS does not accept returns for possible product modifications in the items purchased through its online store. 

5. Refunds and Exchanges
Following a product return that meets the conditions described in SECTION 4 / RETURNS you may choose to refund or exchange your purchase for a product of equal, lesser, or higher value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be a refund for the difference in price. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of higher value, you should cover the value difference. You will get a full refund (product value) paid to your original payment method within 10 days from the product return.

 6. Intellectual Property
The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered trademarks of EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS administrators.

7. User Feedback, Comments & Other
i. If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you thereby grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license, without compensation to you and without restriction, to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
ii. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. 

8. Personal Information
i. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (to review our Privacy policy). 

9. Website’s Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
i. On our site, sometimes, there might be information that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, related to the products’ description, promotion, pricing, availability, shipping charges etc. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct the aforementioned errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order), if any information, related to the website’s provisions is inaccurate.

10. Prohibition
i. You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose. 15. Conflict of terms
If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.

16. Discounts
Evi Grintela The Shirtdress provides a 10% discount for all new website visitors. The discount can be applied at checkout when you place your order but can not be combined with any other sale. 

17. Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Greece, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that Greek courts located in Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
